Summary:

This tour does not provide hotel pick-up, unless you are staying at one of the hotels on our regular pickup list. You will be asked on the order form to specify one of the designated locations as your pickup location. Please note that the prices are per carriage, so enter the number of carriages you need (rather than the number of people). Please note actual number of passengers on the order form. Please reserve online, or call us toll-free at 888-881-3285.

There is a $4.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Special Schedule Notes

During the month of December, carriage tours begin at 6:00 pm.

PLEASE NOTE: Carriage tours are not available during the daytime hours during the hottest months of the year, to protect the horses in extreme heat.

Some helpful tips:

Allow about 1 hour and 30 minutes in most cases for dining time before you have a carriage pick you up from your requsted location.
